Declaration
If any mistake or duplicate payments occur while making a payment through the Nanochemazone payment page, the customer will be responsible for the charges associated with the incorrect transaction. Any related processing fees or banking charges arising from such payments shall also be borne by the customer.

  • Exchanges of materials/products are not permitted. Nanochemazone does not offer refunds.
  • Customs clearance, duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the consignee and importer. Nanochemazone does not have control over these processes or associated costs. In the event of any delays or rejections during customs clearance, Nanochemazone will not be liable for order cancellations, refunds, or additional charges incurred.
